Choose the EU or US deployment and understand hosting and international processing arrangements.
Workspace regions
Cust provides separate EU and US platform deployments:

Use the deployment containing your workspace when signing in or making API requests. The region switch in these docs changes where platform links open; it does not move a workspace or its data.
Hosting and processing
Workspace hosting region and every location in which data may be processed are different considerations. Do not interpret the EU or US deployment as a promise that data never crosses that region's borders.
Cust's Data Processing Agreement describes hosting, subprocessors, and international transfers, including the applicable transfer mechanisms. Review it together with the current security materials when assessing your organization's residency requirements.
Confirm your requirements
Confirm the required region during workspace setup. Contact support@cust.co before planning a regional migration or relying on a particular processing-location restriction. The Trust Portal provides access to current security information.
