Calls and meeting notes

Connect Fireflies, Modjo, Granola, or Zoom Revenue Accelerator and find the imported meeting content.

Cust can attach call transcripts and meeting notes to the matching account, then use the available content for sentiment, topics, and Assistant context. Admins connect these providers in Settings → Integrations.

Gong and Grain have separate setup guides.

Supported connections

ProviderWhat you provideWhat Cust reads
FirefliesA user's Fireflies API keyMeeting transcripts and metadata available to that user. More than one user can connect.
ModjoA Modjo API keyCall content and participants available to the connected account.
GranolaA Granola API keyMeeting notes and associated meeting details.
ZoomAuthorize the Zoom connectionZoom Revenue Accelerator conversations available to the authorized account.

The Zoom integration is for Zoom Revenue Accelerator. Access to ordinary Zoom meetings or cloud recordings alone does not establish that the account has the conversation data this integration needs.

Connect and check the import

  1. Choose the provider and supply the requested credentials or complete authorization.
  2. Confirm that the connection is connected.
  3. Allow the initial import to run. These providers check for new content on a 15-minute schedule; processing and provider availability can add time.
  4. Open a company and its Interactions tab. Find the meeting, then open it to inspect the imported content and source link.

The content differs by source. A note or provider-generated summary is not necessarily a word-for-word transcript, and importing meeting content does not mean Cust stores a copy of the audio or video.

Matching and missing meetings

Cust uses calendar information and participant identities to associate meeting content with companies and contacts. Make sure the customer's contact email and company are present in Cust. Content without a matching customer may not appear on a company timeline until that match becomes possible.

If a meeting is missing, check:

  • The source has finished processing it and made the transcript or notes available.
  • The connected account or API key can access that meeting.
  • The connection is still authorized and has completed a sync.
  • The participant emails can be matched to contacts in Cust.

When multiple recording providers cover the same calendar meeting, Cust avoids attaching duplicate transcripts to that meeting. Check the existing meeting before treating the second source as a missing import.

Use the meeting content

Open Interactions to read the imported material, ask the Assistant about it, or configure a meeting transcript agent to run when a transcript is ready for a meeting you attended.
