Success Plan

A shared, living checklist of the deliverables that move an account toward its goals.

Where goals describe the outcomes, the success plan is the work. Open any company and the Success Plan tab lists the concrete deliverables that get that account where it wants to go, who owns each one, and where each one stands. It is built to be shared with the customer, so both sides see the same plan.

What a deliverable holds

Each item on the plan carries:

  • Title and description: the action and what it unblocks.
  • Status: Not started, In progress, Waiting on customer, Waiting on us, Blocked, Completed, or Canceled, so it is always clear whose court the ball is in.
  • Impact: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. The plan groups deliverables by impact, so the important work sits at the top.
  • Owner: the person accountable for the deliverable.
  • Due date: the target date, when there is one.
  • Linked goal: the goal this deliverable advances, when it maps to one.

Completing an item stamps the date automatically, giving you a clean record of what shipped and when.

Build a plan from a screenshot

You rarely start a plan from scratch. If the next steps were captured in a call summary, a Slack thread, or a ticket, paste or upload a screenshot and Cust reads it, pulls out the action items, and adds them to the plan with owners and due dates already filled in.

It resolves owner hints against your team and the account's contacts, reads relative dates like "by Friday" against your workspace timezone, and enriches items that already exist rather than creating duplicates. You review the result before it lands.

Anything readable works

Call notes, an email, a meeting recap, a project board screenshot. If a human can read the deliverables in the image, Cust can turn them into plan items.
