Memory
Everything Cust remembers about an account, from key facts to how the relationship has changed over time.
Memory is the tab on a company record where Cust keeps its living model of the account. It is built automatically from everything Cust syncs, and it is what the AI draws on when it scores health, drafts a reply, or recommends a next step.
Facts
The key things Cust knows about the account, kept as structured facts: who the stakeholders are, what they use you for, commitments that were made, and other context pulled from conversations and your CRM. Facts update as new information comes in.
Activity digest
A running summary of what has happened on the account recently, so you can catch up in a few seconds instead of reading every email and meeting note.
Users
A breakdown of the people on the account by status, so you can see at a glance how many are active, power, or dormant users. See People for what each status means.
Lifecycle
A timeline of the account, with health changes and signals plotted as they happened. It is the fastest way to see how the relationship has trended and what drove each change.
Any custom objects you have defined appear here too, alongside the built-in facts.
