Metrics
The numbers that matter for an account, with the trend and how they have moved.
The Metrics tab on a company record shows the metrics that matter for that account as a grid of cards, so you can read adoption and value at a glance.
Reading a metric
Each card shows:
- The current value, formatted for the metric, whether that is a count, a percentage, or currency.
- A trend sparkline of recent history.
- The change over the metric's comparison window, for example "+12% over the last 30 days", colored green when it is moving the right way and red when it is not.
Click any card to open a larger chart of the metric over time.
Where metrics come from
Metrics are built from the data you sync into Cust, such as product usage from your warehouse or analytics tool. Admins choose which metrics appear, including calculated metrics that combine other values. The same metrics can be tracked for a whole company and, where it makes sense, for individual people on the account.
