A complete overview of your entire customer portfolio in a single pane.
Sort, filter, drill in
Sort by any column, filter the list, and click any customer to open their full record with health, signals, conversations, and history. The record also has a People tab listing the contacts and product users on the account.
Hover on the health status to see reasoning: which signals contributed, what the AI saw in the latest interactions, and why they landed in their current status on the most recent run. See AI Health Scoring for how that reasoning is produced.
Lifecycle stages
Every company sits in a lifecycle stage that reflects where it is in its relationship with you:
- Prospect: not yet a paying customer.
- Customer: an active, subscribed account.
- Churned: a former customer who has canceled.
- Ignored: excluded from Cust, so it stays out of scoring and automations.
Stages keep your portfolio focused on the accounts you actively manage. They sit alongside the per-person statuses on each account.
Filters and saved views
Filter the list by any combination of fields, then save that combination as a view so you do not have to rebuild it each time. Keep a view for yourself, or share it with the team so everyone works from the same list. Saved views work the same way on the Dashboard, Topics, and Action Hub.
For anything beyond a single field, the advanced filter lets you build multi-condition queries with AND and OR logic. Conditions can reach across an account's data, including its interactions, so you can find companies by what has (or has not) happened with them: no call in the last 30 days, a meeting that came back with positive sentiment, an email from a specific person. The same query builder powers Goals.
Bulk actions
Select several companies to act on them at once, for example to assign a manager, add them to a project, or add them to a guidance. The same bulk actions are available on the People list within an account.
