Team adoption
See how your team uses Cust across tasks, chat, agents, and email.
The Adoption page reports how members of your workspace use Cust. It measures your team's activity in Cust; customer product-usage metrics live on company records.
Open team adoptionThis page is available by direct link and is not an item in the app's main sidebar. Any member of the workspace can view it.
Choose a period
The page opens on the rolling last 30 days. You can choose a calendar month instead. Where a comparable prior period exists, a caption identifies the dates used for trends. A month still in progress does not show a prior-period comparison.
Read the report
The headline cards show:
- Tasks completed during the period.
- Chat sessions started by users.
- Agent runs during the period, with a separate count of currently active agents.
- Emails sent through Cust.
The daily active-user chart always covers the trailing seven days, independently of the selected reporting month. Sign-in activity can make a member active even when no feature usage is recorded. The member table lets you compare activity across the team.
Completed tasks are attributed to the task's assignee, not necessarily the person who clicked Complete. Unassigned completed tasks contribute to the total but are not credited to a member's row.
Tasks completed also includes Customer Memory commitments that a user manually marks done. These are credited to the person who marked them done. Dismissing a commitment does not count as completing it.
Current-state counts, such as active agents, are not historical usage totals.
Shared or automation mailboxes and deactivated or former members can also cause workspace totals to exceed the sum of visible member rows.
For spending and remaining allowance, use Settings → Credit usage when it is enabled. Credit consumption and product adoption answer different questions.
