Browser logins
Let your Assistant use websites through your saved sign-in sessions.
When browser logins are enabled for your workspace, Settings → Connectors also includes Browser logins. These are personal website sessions your Assistant can use through a browser.
Add a website
- Click Add browser login and enter the website address.
- Click Sign in to open the live browser.
- Sign in yourself, including any two-factor authentication, then click I'm signed in. Cust saves the session, not your password.
- Use the login's menu to Edit its name or Start page. Use a recognizable name so you can refer to it in chat.
If Cust cannot detect that sign-in is complete, it lets you keep signing in or save the session anyway. Confirm that the live browser shows the signed-in site before saving.
Use a login in chat
Ask the Assistant to use the saved login by name, for example: “Open the Acme admin portal and check the status of account 123.” Each login opens its own browser, restricted to that site's domain. Browser sessions remain open for about 10 minutes after a reply so you can continue on the same page.
The Assistant can navigate pages, fill forms, upload files attached to the chat, and return downloaded files. A browser handoff lets you review or complete a step yourself before the Assistant continues.
If the site asks you to authenticate again, return to Browser logins and choose Sign in again from the login's menu. Needs sign-in means no saved session is available. Delete removes the login from Cust.
