Customer Intelligence is the first tab on every company record. It is the place to catch up on an account in a minute before a call, instead of reconstructing the story from raw emails and transcripts.
Recent activity
The activity digest summarizes what has happened on the account lately: conversations, meetings, support threads, and how the relationship is trending. It is generated from the account's interactions and you can refresh it on demand to fold in the latest activity. When your workspace has additional views configured, a selector on the card lets you switch between them.
Goals
The Goals card shows the outcomes you have committed to on this account, with status at a glance. Add a goal manually or let Cust research and propose them from the account's history.
Recommended actions
The recommendations card surfaces what Cust thinks you should do next on this account, the same recommendations that feed Action Hub, scoped to the one customer you are looking at. Act on a recommendation directly from the card.
